2. Services Provided

We provide yacht charter services, marine tourism activities, and related hospitality experiences in Thailand and international waters. All bookings, payments, and participation in our services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in writing through our website, email, or authorized partners.

A deposit of [50%] is required to secure reservations, with the balance payable [7 days before departure].

Prices are quoted in [THB ], unless otherwise stated, and may be subject to taxes or surcharges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than [3days] before the charter date will receive a [100]% refund (minus administrative fees if applicable).

Cancellations within [3days] of the charter date are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals will be charged in full.

In case of severe weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to reschedule or refund at our discretion.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by our crew.

Any personal belongings brought onboard are the guest’s responsibility; we are not liable for loss or damage.

Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited.
