Are animals allowed on the property?

Yes, we welcome small harmless pets to our fleet. Our staffs will take care of them.
What happens if I arrive late?

For join tour, if you arrive late and everyone else has gone already, you will have to buy another date tickets with a 50% discount raincheck; If you choose to not change a date and it's a no show, we will charge 100% for no show. For charter, if you arrive late than planned, it's ok we will keep the boat for you the whole day, but your remaining play time will be shorten, since we need to get back to our pier before 7:00 PM for Safety reasons.
Where is the Super Yacht Club Office? Can we go without a booking?

Google map address: https://maps.app.goo.gl/zs3domZ3KQvfZJci9 You can also search super yacht charter on google map. Yes, you can go without a booking before 9:30 am , we will see what we can do about it. However, a call in advance will always be helpful, especially when you want to book a charter.
Is it possible to bring alcohol or food on board?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food or alcohol on board. Plz be noted that no alcohol before your last swim/snorkel/dive activities. We also provide beer on board for sale, there're chang/haniken/leo. For charter, plz let us know in advance that how many bags of ice you want, and we will prepare them for you.
What time is the last check-in?

Usually it's 9:30 am the last check-in time at pier office. We're willing to help if you're late because of traffic or other issues. Calling us at 0886100666, we will help you with your journey.
Can we reserve a large space for group bookings?

yes you can book in advance for a large number of seats we will confirm your booking while we receive 50% of deposit.
How can I book?

You can book via 1.online with this booking website or send us a message for booking by email contact@superyacht-club.com ; 2.visit our office to make the reservation and confirm your booking the day before your trip date. 3.call @ 0886100666 English & Chinese, we will arrange hostess to take care of your bookings. Please note that bookings are subject to availability.
What payment method do you accept on the Super Yacht Club? Do you have an ATM?

Credit cards Alipay Paypal Wise.com ATM deposit Bank transfer we are trying to get an ATM machine in our shop, we are working on it so far.
What is the cancellation policy?

join tour travel date>72 hrs, 100% refund when change date or cancellation 24hrs<travel date<72hrs, 50% refund when change date or cancellation travel date < 24hrs or no show,0% refund when change date or cancellation
What are the safety rules onboard?

always wear a life jacket. follow guide and staffs instructions once emergency occur. stay alert and keep good judgement. no alcohol after your last swim/snorkel/dive. when using a marine toilet, don't flash any paper or sanitary napkin in the toilet.
Can I go if I am got pregnant?

Sorry, we do not allow pregnant got on board, it's dangerous and risky for pregnant people.
